I am a creative leader with a passionate belief in the commercial power of creativity.

Currently Global ECD at Ogilvy overseeing all of Dove and Unilever, in my career I have worked with some of the world's best known brands and organisations, using creativity to help them achieve their growth goals and have been behind a diverse set of iconic and impactful work for clients such as John Lewis, The Sunday Times, Virgin Atlantic, McDonald's, VW, and Netflix.

My 'Sorry, I Spent It On Myself' campaign for Harvey Nichols gave the store their best ever Christmas and picked up four Grands Prix at Cannes, whilst my 'Monty the Penguin' campaign for John Lewis the following year gave the brand their record Christmas period and went on to win two Cannes Lions Grands Prix, including one for Effectiveness. More recently, my 'Courage is beautiful' campaign for Dove picked up 2 Grands Prix and 3 Golds.

Multi disciplinary thinking is at the heart of what I do and in my career to date I have found myself conceiving and branding products and retail concepts, re-designing mobile operating systems, curating major art exhibitions, devising branded TV shows and designing award winning retail spaces.

I am one of the founding Creative Influencers of The Dots (the-dots.co.uk), and was featured in The Guardian's h.Club100, a list of 'the 100 most influential and innovative people working across arts, culture and the creative industries in the UK'.

As well as having spoken at leading marketing conferences such as Contagious Live and Advertising Week Europe. I also occasionally write for Monocle Magazine and have made regular appearances on their radio station to talk all things advertising.

My young daughters think I make pancakes for a living.
